Deepen your spiritual practice.
Join a group of heart-centered people to expand your knowledge and experience of the holidays of the Wheel of the Year.
Every six weeks, many contemporary Pagans celebrate solar holidays. The solstices and equinoxes are ones you may know about. But what about the “Cross-quarter holidays,” those holidays that fall in between?
Turning the Wheel
A Free Online Ritual Series for Pagans, Pagan-Curious, and Seekers of Deeper Spiritual Connection
I am pleased to offer small, free ceremonies on each of the holidays that occur throughout the Pagan Wheel of the Year.
For those of you who are curious or seeking, you will learn how to celebrate each holiday for yourself. You will discover the qualities of each holiday and the value each brings to the turning of the Wheel of the Year.
For those of you who have been practicing for many years – whether as a solitary or with a cherished group – you will enjoy the unique energy that comes with celebrating the holiday in a gathering of like-minded people, along with a deepening of your spiritual connection to the holiday as it approaches.
Our next ceremony is in preparation of Imbolc – keep reading for the full details!
Each ceremony will be around an hour long in the evening or late afternoon, depending on where you live. I will provide information about the holiday, we will share a small meditation or ritual, and then discuss about how to celebrate the upcoming holiday.
There is no obligation to attend all of the rituals. You are free to attend as many or as few as you wish. The ceremonies are delivered live via Zoom. All ceremonies are recorded and the videos are made available inside our exclusive, private Facebook Group, typically within 48 hours. You are welcome to tune in live or to watch previous rituals at your leisure.
Next Ceremony: Imbolc
Imbolc was traditionally celebrated when the snowdrops, those earliest of flowers, began to peek their heads above the mud. It is the season of light, but not yet heat. Come celebrate with us as we Turn the Wheel, as we celebrate Brigid, “Bright Arrow,” that multi-faceted goddess and saint of the forge, inspiration, foster parenting, justice and healing reconciliation. Brigid is the One most associated with this holiday, and it is in her steps the snowdrops were said to bloom. How might she inspire us to heal the world, bring healing to those seeking protection, and help us turn the arc of the universe toward justice? Join us on February 2nd to learn more and celebrate in ritual with us. No ritual experience at all is required. We’d love to see you!
Ritual Date: February 2nd, 2019 @ 4:30pm PT
By signing up for the class, you will receive exclusive access to the The Way of The River Facebook Group and a regular reflection from me on a topic related to spirituality, delivered by email. The details for the Class are provided in the Facebook Group, as are the Class recordings, so it’s important you request access to the group. Once you have confirmed your registration, you will be sent an email with the link to join the group.
